How do I find my Account Code when I am submitting a ticket through the WB Games Support website?
When submitting a ticket through the “Ask for Help” link, please be sure to include your Account Code so that we can locate your account. You can find yours in the settings menu in-game by tapping on your avatar in the upper left corner and selecting the ‘About’ tab.
How do I report a purchase issue?
You can report a purchase issue by visiting support.wbgames.com, clicking “Ask for Help”, and selecting “Purchase or Currency” as your question type. Be sure to include your Account ID (reference above) and receipts that you have received from Google Play or iTunes. If you have screenshots of your receipts to attach, you can include it with your report using the “Add File” button at the bottom of the form. How can I troubleshoot common crashing and connection Issues?
- Ensure that you have the latest update for your Android OS/ iOS
- Make sure you have downloaded the game from the official Google Play / iTunes App Store and that you have the latest client installed
- Ensure that you have at least 2 GBs of free storage space and that the game is installed on your primary storage
- Close all other background apps
- Make sure your device is connected to a secure WiFi hub
- Try power cycling your router by unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.

How do I backup my Middle-earth: Shadow of War game save?
You can back-up your game save to the cloud with a Facebook account.
You can view the Settings menu in-game to confirm that you are logged into Facebook by tapping on your in-game avatar. If you are logged in, you will see a ‘Sign Out’ button at the bottom of this menu.
If you log into another device with the same Facebook account, you will be able to transfer your save.

Common Gameplay Questions
How can I change my realm?
To transfer to a new realm, simply tap on your avatar in the top-left corner of the main menu, and select the "Realms" tab. You will see a list of all available realms that you can transfer to, with their population, language and maximum level.
Your first realm transfer is free, but please note additional realm transfers will cost Gemstones. This cost to transfer to another realm will be displayed on the "Realms" tab.

How do I upgrade my Champions?
To Evolve a Champion, you must acquire Glyphs. Glyphs are fragments of Champions, which contribute to their Rarity. In order to fully increase a Champion’s star rating, you must Evolve them 5 times. This in indicated by the Champion’s individual stars, which are split into fifths.
Leveling up your Champions will increase their overall Power, allowing you to upgrade their abilities. To level up a Champion, simply visit the Experience Vault by tapping on the “+” icon next to their XP bar. Once here, you may apply Tomes of Knowledge to your heroes to boost their experience.
Your Champion’s Ring provides additional bonuses to individual stats, based on the ring’s 7 inscriptions. To level up your Ring and further increase your stats, you must collect and/or craft Inscriptions.
Applying a Rune will further increase a Champion’s single stat. The stat receiving the benefit from the applied Rune depends on the Champion and their class, and up to 3 Runes total can be equipped by a Champion. Note that applying Runes requires a Champion’s ring to be a certain level; for example, the first Rune can be applied at ring level 2.
Your Champion possess specific abilities that can be triggered actively and passively during battle. In the Abilities tab, you can review and upgrade individual abilities using Ability Points and Mirian. Ability Points recharge over time, and you can expend additional Ability Points through VIP Perks.

How do I upgrade my Orcs?
Traits represent an Orcs Strengths and Weaknesses. Strengths provide benefits in battle, with additional Strengths available to unlock as you promote your Orc. Weaknesses are traits that negatively affect your Orc. An Orc will acquire a Weakness as a Nemesis; should it ambush a group in battle and later flee, it will develop a Weakness against an attribute of its opponent (Race, Class, etc.)
Leveling up your Orcs will increase their overall Power. To level up an Orc, simply visit the Experience Vault by tapping on the “+” icon next to their XP bar. Once here, you may apply Grog to your Orcs to boost their experience.
Increasing your Orc’s star rating, or Rarity, is done by applying Glory and Orc Power. Upon increasing your Orc’s Rarity, their stats will increase. Glory can also be used to rank up your Orc, which in-turn unlocks additional Traits.
Glory can be acquired as a result of a successful duel. The victorious Orc will receive Glory based on the difficulty of the Duel; for example, if your Orc is weaker than its opponent, it will receive more Glory should it win the Duel.

What is a Fellowship?
Forge Fellowships with your friends and battle through Mordor together! Upon creating or joining a Fellowship, you can communicate with your friends through Fellowship chat, as well as request items. You can join a Fellowship starting at Player Level 5, however you must be Player Level 15 in order to create your own Fellowship.
Note there is a fee of 100 Gemstones for creating a Fellowship. You may set your Fellowship’s name immediately upon creation, however if you wish to rename your Fellowship in the future then there is a fee of 10 Gemstones.
