Hello there. The "Spoil of War" which is free in the game accidentally opened 11 boxes using 1000 green gem. Is it a case with compensation?

  You can put in a ticket, but no guarantee they will refund it.  It's happened to tons of people, because there is no confirmation window.  People have reported getting refunded, or partial refunds, I got nothing.  So who knows.
