Just as many people have complained, I did not receive my last earned milestone reward from the most recent arena event. Many have had a similar issue as posted in the global chat. I emailed the developers about this and after much delay they respond requesting a screenshot from an event already concluded. This is ridiculous and frustrating (to put it nicely). It is embarrassing that developers of such a major company 1. allow such bugs to come about, 2. take so long to respond, 3. ask for impossible things to address the issue, and 4. can’t address the issue at all - instead the response is always “we’ll report it to the decelopers” which is just a guise to dismiss the complaint. Pathetic!
