Game crashing

I was in middle of doing a few pulls on the resources for black gems when my game crashed. I have uninstalled reinstalled cleared cache cleared data turned off phone an back on. I have done everything I have been told iny ticket #704321. Still not working. After reinstall it starts to load an crashes before I even get into game. I have been playing since start. I know this has happened to others. I know my acc is linked. But why is my game not working. I have put alot of time an spent $ on this game. I don't think it is right i can't get into game anymore. What can I do to get my game working on my phone again. I am using a droid. An am playing on a Samsung. PLEASE HELP ME
