Can't access my account in 10 days
Long story short, I got a new phone and tried to transfer my account to my new phone. A specific problem happened as I was logging in with Facebook. And my account got overwritten with a level 5 account. I've done multiple ways of trying to get my account back, to no avail.
I've gone through the Ticket System twice, the first ticket asked me for my information, which I gave to them, and I have not heard a single reply from them in a little over a week. The second ticket got submitted, and that was it. I have not had a reply from that one as well.
I've checked the forums for solutions, and those pretty much pointed me to the ticket system, or to other methods that ultimately did not work.
I've money into this game as that account, and it's terrible, that I can't use it. It's terrible that I've not heard a single word from the Ticket System. It's terrible that my Fellowship is essentially running itself with an inactive member, just to make it easier for whoever runs the Ticket System to locate my account.
10 Days and 12 hours is so far how long I haven't been able to log in.
